This Privacy Policy describes how TeleCopy ("we", "us") processes the personal data of users ("you") of the TeleCopy website and software.
TeleCopy is currently operated by an individual (sole operator), not a registered company. For any request regarding your data, contact us at support@telecopyapp.com.
Through the waitlist form we collect: email address, optional Telegram username and the broker you indicate. We also collect minimal technical data (IP address, sign-up date) for security and anti-spam purposes.
TeleCopy is self-hosted software that the user installs and runs on their own device (PC or VPS). Broker credentials, the Telegram session and trading data remain on the user's device and are never transmitted to our servers. We have no access to your accounts, your funds or the messages of your channels.
To manage licenses and subscriptions we process the data required to identify the user (e.g. Telegram ID, license token, subscription status) and billing data handled by our payment provider.
Payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card details. Please refer to the respective providers' privacy policies.
We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and within the limits set by law.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data. You can exercise them by contacting us.
