This Refund Policy applies to purchases of TeleCopy licenses. Please read it before subscribing.
TeleCopy is a digital software license delivered instantly (license token + download). Because it is a digital product made available immediately, refunds are limited as described below.
New users may be offered a free trial period. During the trial you can evaluate the software at no cost and cancel before any charge is applied. We recommend using the trial to confirm compatibility with your broker and channels.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Already-started billing periods are generally non-refundable.
Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases. Given the instant digital delivery, lifetime purchases are non-refundable once the license token has been issued, except where required by applicable law.
If the software cannot be activated due to a verified technical fault attributable to us, and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund by contacting support within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not provided for trading losses, unsuitable signal channels, broker restrictions, or misconfiguration.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
