Does TeleCopy manage my money?

No. TeleCopy is a self-service technical tool. Your funds stay in your broker account and your credentials on your device. You choose the channels and rules; the software only executes.

Which brokers are supported?

MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader.

Which channels can I copy from?

Any Telegram channel you are subscribed to. You choose which ones.

Does TeleCopy guarantee profits?

No. Trading involves risk. TeleCopy replicates the signals you choose, but results depend on the channels and market conditions.

By using the TeleCopy website and software you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the service

TeleCopy is currently operated by an individual (sole operator) and is in a pre-launch phase (waitlist only, no paid service active yet). TeleCopy is a self-service technical software tool that automates an action the user could perform manually: reading messages from Telegram channels the user selects and forwarding trade instructions to the user's own broker account. TeleCopy does not manage funds, does not provide investment advice, does not offer portfolio management and does not guarantee any result.

2. No financial advice

Nothing provided by TeleCopy constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The signals originate from third-party channels chosen solely by the user. TeleCopy is not affiliated with those channels and does not endorse them.

3. Trading risk

Trading in Forex, CFDs and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You use TeleCopy at your own risk.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your device, broker credentials and Telegram session.
You are responsible for the channels you choose and for the risk settings you configure.
You must comply with the terms of service of Telegram, of your broker and of any channel you use.
You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. License

The software is provided under a subscription license, per account. The license is personal, non-transferable and valid for the subscription period. Any reverse engineering, redistribution or circumvention of the licensing system is prohibited.

6. Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions are recurring and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refund conditions, where applicable, are described at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of liability

TeleCopy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleCopy shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed signals, execution errors, downtime, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or licensing service. The copying software runs on the user's device and depends on the user's connection, broker and third-party channels.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
